Hestiria Terms of Use and Rules
Please note: By participating in the Hestiria platform, including all of its games, forums, webstore, and other associated platforms (collectively, the "Platform"), users agree to abide by the following rules and terms. Violations of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to Hestiria services, and Hestiria reserves the right to pursue further legal action where applicable.
I. Webstore and Payment Terms
By making a purchase on the Hestiria webstore, you agree to the following financial terms:
- All Sales are Final: Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of our virtual goods, site credits, and ranks, all purchases made on the Hestiria webstore are final and strictly non-refundable.
- Chargebacks and Disputes: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through your bank, credit card company, or PayPal will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, IP address, and all associated accounts from the Hestiria network. Attempting to defraud the server will not be tolerated.
- Banned Accounts: If your account is suspended or permanently banned from the server for violating the rules outlined in Section II, you forfeit all purchased ranks, items, and site credits. No refunds will be issued for accounts that have been subjected to disciplinary action.
- Parental Consent: If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchases on our webstore.
II. Server Rules and Conduct
- 1. Attempting to Deceive Administrators: It is strictly prohibited to intentionally mislead or deceive game administrators with baseless accusations or fabricated evidence. Attempts to misrepresent information to administrators will result in immediate disciplinary action.
- 2. Organized Harassment or Defamation: Organizing or encouraging players to engage in harassment, insults, false accusations, or defamatory statements against any individual or group on the Hestiria platform is prohibited. This includes inciting others to cause harm or distress.
- 3. Disruptive Messaging and Spam: Engaging in disruptive behavior in chat, including excessive messaging (spam) or flooding, is prohibited.
- 4. Defamation Against Hestiria: Any form of publication that damages the reputation, brand value, or public image of Hestiria, or that spreads misinformation, is prohibited.
- 5. Dissemination of Private Information: Sharing, posting, or distributing personal information of any individual (doxxing) within Hestiria’s platforms without their consent is strictly prohibited and is grounds for an immediate, unappealable ban.
- 6. Exploitation of Game Mechanics: Exploiting glitches or bugs in the game to obtain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Users who knowingly exploit the system to gain unearned benefits will face account suspension or permanent bans.
- 7. Respect for Political and Religious Beliefs: Statements that disparage, insult, or demean others based on their political or religious beliefs are strictly prohibited.
- 8. Prohibition of Unauthorized Trading: Trading of in-game items, currencies, or services for real money (Real World Trading/RWT), site credits, or any other tangible compensation is strictly prohibited. Users are not permitted to use Hestiria platforms for personal business.
- 9. Ban on Unauthorized Client and Mod Usage: Usage of any unauthorized software, clients, or modifications that offer an unfair advantage (e.g., kill aura, x-ray, auto-clickers, macros) is strictly prohibited.
- 10. Impersonation: Impersonating Hestiria staff members, content creators, or any other public figures is forbidden.
- 11. Prohibition on Unauthorized Advertising: Advertising other servers, personal social media accounts, streaming channels, or any unrelated goods or services is prohibited without prior authorization.

By continuing to access the Hestiria platform, users agree to adhere to these rules and any future updates. All users are bound by these terms as a condition of their access to the platform.
