Hestiria Terms of Use and Rules
**Please note:** By participating in the Hestiria platform, including all of its games, forums, and other associated platforms, users agree to abide by the following rules and terms. Violations of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to Hestiria services, and Hestiria reserves the right to pursue further legal action where applicable.
1. Attempting to Deceive Administrators
It is strictly prohibited to intentionally mislead or deceive game administrators with baseless accusations or fabricated evidence. Attempts to misrepresent information to administrators will result in immediate disciplinary action, including possible suspension or permanent account termination.
2. Organized Harassment or Defamation
Organizing or encouraging players to engage in harassment, insults, false accusations, or defamatory statements against any individual or group on the Hestiria platform is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, inciting others to cause harm or distress. Hestiria reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or legal measures, to protect its users from such behavior.
3. Disruptive Messaging and Spam
Engaging in disruptive behavior in chat, including excessive messaging (spam) or flooding, is prohibited. Hestiria maintains the right to remove individuals who interfere with the community's ability to communicate effectively and respectfully.
4. Defamation and Negative Publicity Against Hestiria
Any form of publication, whether on social media or other platforms, that damages the reputation, brand value, or public image of Hestiria, or that spreads misinformation, is prohibited. Users found engaging in these activities may face legal repercussions, as well as removal from the platform, to protect Hestiria’s reputation and integrity.
5. Dissemination of Private Information
Sharing, posting, or distributing personal information of any individual (including photos, phone numbers, or videos) within Hestiria’s platforms without their consent is prohibited. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the platform, as well as potential legal consequences.
6. Exploitation of Game Mechanics
Exploiting glitches or bugs in the game to obtain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Users who knowingly exploit the system to gain unearned benefits may face penalties, including account suspension or permanent bans.
7. Respect for Political and Religious Beliefs
Any statements that disparage, insult, or demean others based on their political or religious beliefs are strictly prohibited within Hestiria platforms. This includes any language that may be considered inflammatory or offensive. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action, including potential removal from the community.
8. Prohibition of Unauthorized Trading
Trading of in-game items, currencies, or services for real money, site credits, or any other form of compensation, whether virtual or tangible, is strictly prohibited on the Hestiria server. Attempting to trade outside the authorized systems of Hestiria will result in disciplinary action. Users are not permitted to use Hestiria platforms for personal business or for the exchange of goods and services unrelated to the game.
9. **Account Suspension for Violations**
Hestiria administrators reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove users from the platform if they, or their alternate accounts, engage in rule violations. Additionally, users associated with offenders may also be restricted from the platform if deemed necessary to maintain community standards.
10. Ban on Unauthorized Client and Mod Usage
Usage of any unauthorized software, clients, or modifications that offer an unfair advantage in gameplay is prohibited. Illegal modifications include, but are not limited to, features such as kill aura, anti-knockback, x-ray vision, auto-clickers, macros, freecam, player location indicators, and flying. Unauthorized modifications to the game registry (e.g., Regedit modifications) are also prohibited. Engaging in teams or alliances with users who use prohibited modifications may result in disciplinary action, up to and including account termination.
11. Impersonation of Staff or Notable Figures
Impersonating Hestiria staff members, YouTubers, or any other public figures is strictly forbidden. Attempting to mislead other players into believing you hold a position of authority or prominence on the platform is grounds for permanent suspension.
12. Prohibition on Unauthorized Advertising
Advertising on Hestiria platforms for other servers, social media accounts, streaming channels (such as YouTube or Twitch), or any unrelated goods or services is prohibited. Limited promotion of personal channels or streams is permitted with prior authorization, but spamming or excessive promotion will result in disciplinary action. Users holding a YouTuber rank on Hestiria are permitted to promote their own social media accounts within reasonable limits, but misuse may lead to revocation of privileges.
